Seller Policy & Guidelines

At MorleyTeslin, we empower sellers to reach millions of customers. To maintain a healthy marketplace, all sellers must adhere to the following policies.

1. Product Listing

• All products must be listed in the correct category.
• Product images must be clear, non-blurry, and must accurately represent the item.
• Counterfeit, replicas, or prohibited items are strictly banned.

2. Pricing & Inventory

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels. Overselling may lead to penalties. Prices should be competitive and final.

3. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must ship orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation and negative impact on seller ratings.

4. Returns & Refunds

If a customer returns a product due to a defect or wrong item sent, the seller must accept the return and process the refund. Shipping charges for such returns are borne by the seller.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend seller accounts for fraudulent activities, poor service ratings, or repeated policy violations.
